Created by Ian and Becky 5 years agoAt 5:38am on the 27th December our beautiful Soph took her last breath and left us heartbroken all over again.
Just one month old she had bought so much joy to us.
We remember her everyday and will make sure Bella know how special her little sister was and how much she loved her.
